This decides whether an FBI fingerprint check is needed. If it is, we book and pay for the appointment — you just attend.

If not, no problem — we obtain it for you. There is nothing for you to file.

Most people don't yet. We arrange it and cover the premium up front.

A criminal history check is required, but having a record does not bar you from contracting with us. Every case is reviewed individually, in accordance with Pennsylvania law. We ask so we can plan the process, not to screen you out. Leave this blank if you'd rather discuss it on the phone.
