THE SELECTION THAT MATTERS MOST.
When MyODP asks you to "Choose your role," select Professional → AAW Provider (Adult Autism
Waiver). You can only pick one, and it decides which trainings appear in your account.
ALWAYS TRAIN UNDER YOUR OWN ACCOUNT.
Never use "Login as Guest." Guest access may let you view a course, but nothing is recorded to your
transcript — and your transcript is what documents your training.

JOINING WITHIN 90 DAYS OF OUR ANNUAL TRAINING?
You won't be asked to complete another 24 hours a few months later. HLS runs one training cycle for the
whole team, and you'll start the next one with everyone else.
You never take a course twice — but you still have to reach 24 hours. Send us your MyODP transcript. We'll credit what you've completed and tell you exactly what's left, then pick replacement hours from this list.
The 24 hours is the foundation. Two HLS roles ask for more — and pay more.

WE'LL HELP YOU GET THERE.
You'll write a practice plan for a fictional participant and submit it through MyODP for approval before
you can develop plans for real participants. We'll show you what a strong plan looks like and review
your draft before it goes in. You do the work. We help you navigate the process.
Your list totals 25 hours rather than 24 — the 5-hour SSB training is taken instead of the 4-hour Community Participation Support course, not in addition to it.
Your first year reaches roughly 33 hours before BSS101, BSS102, PRE and GAS. After that, annual training returns to the standard 24-hour cycle.
MAKE SURE YOUR FBA TRAINING COUNTS.
HLS accepts FBA training delivered through BSASP. Training from elsewhere can still count, but BSASP has
to review and approve it in writing first and we need a copy on file. Talk to us before you pay for
any outside FBA training.

onboarding is complete, you can begin reviewing available cases.
Worked with another ODP provider? Much of this may already be on your transcript. We can credit SPeCTRUM 2.0, the 24-hour pathway courses, ODP Systematic Skill Building, FBA, BSS101 and BSS102, PRE and GAS. Send us what you have and we'll tell you what's left.

All roles are contracted as 1099 independent contractors. Payment every two weeks on invoice. Sign-on bonus paid half at 30 days and half at 90 days once you're assigned to a case.
